After the initial meeting, Ian begins by assembling a team that will gather information, document your medical treatment and substantiate your claim in a thorough and timely manner. In addition to Ian, you will be assigned an associate attorney, a legal assistant and a legal secretary.

When necessary, the team may also include an investigator, a nurse advocate/educator, a language interpreter and others to provide a full range of expertise.
