I. Scott Mattoch

Scott Mattoch has recently returned home to Hawaii.  With his experience in business and real estate law on both the East and West Coasts, Scott has honed his negotiation skills.  In a very short amount of time at the Law Offices of Ian Mattoch, Scott has settled a number of cases that were in litigation and on the road to trial.  While he is aggressive with the insurance adjusters and their counsel, Scott’s reputation of being a client favorite is apparent; his clients are not shy about singing his praises in social media reviews.

Scott graduated Magna Cum Laude from Santa Clara University and was awarded membership to the Phi Beta Kappa and Pi Sigma Alpha honor societies. 

Having grown up in Kailua Town on the Island of Oahu, Scott graduated from Punahou School in 1991.  He received an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Santa Clara University in 1995, and his law degree from the University of Hawaii in 1998.  In 2007, Scott was awarded a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.

Scott is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association, Colorado State Bar Association, and the Hawaii Association for Justice, a consumer-oriented legal association.  He has argued cases before Federal and State of Hawaii judges and juries including the Hawaii Supreme Court.
