Daniel P. Kirley

Having grown up in Honolulu, Dan graduated from Punahou School in 1986.  He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1990, and a law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in California in 1993.  Dan is a member of the Hawaii Association of Justice, a consumer-oriented legal association.  He has worked on over a dozen appellate cases, including five cases that resulted in published opinions.  Dan has been selected both as a private arbitrator and as an arbitrator in the Court Annexed Arbitration Program.
